At Westeck Windows & Doors, our people are the foundation of our success. We’re looking for a Senior HR Advisor who thrives in a hands-on, visible role — someone who can partner with leaders, support employees, and help drive a high-performing, values-based workplace.
Based in our Chilliwack Head Office and reporting to the VP of HR & Safety of our parent company, this role supports the division while working closely with the broader HR team within our parent company to ensure aligned, consistent, and compliant HR practices across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Talent Attraction & Recruitment
Lead full-cycle recruitment across all departmentsPartner with leaders on workforce planning and hiring decisionsDeliver a positive candidate experience from posting to onboardingTalent Management & Workforce Planning
Align workforce plans with operational goalsSupport performance management, engagement, and retention initiativesAnalyze HR metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvementCoordinate modified duties programs in partnership with Health & SafetyAdvisor to Leadership
Provide guidance on BC employment legislation and applicable U.S. requirementsAdvise on respectful workplace, accommodation, privacy, and policy complianceSupport compensation processes, wage reviews, and benefits administrationPartner with corporate HR to ensure consistency in practices and standardsEmployee Relations
Support resolution of workplace concernsCoach leaders through employee matters with professionalism and fairnessMaintain confidentiality and promote open, respectful communicationWhat You Bring
7+ years of progressive HR experience in British ColumbiaStrong knowledge of BC Employment Standards and Human Rights legislationExperience supporting U.S. operations with working knowledge of applicable U.S. employment laws and regulatory requirements, is considered an assetBachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred (or equivalent certificate/diploma and experience)CPHR designation (or working toward) is an assetStrong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build trust at all levelsExperience with HRIS systems (UKG is an asset)Why Westeck?

Starting salary: $80-$90,000 annual
