As a Dietitian
, you will play a vital role in supporting our homes through expert nutritional leadership, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and meaningful engagement with residents — centered on cultivating happiness in daily life!

• Develop specialized therapeutic menus, proactively identify and manage nutrition and hydration risks.
• Provide nutritional care including assessments, reassessments and develop appropriate nutrition interventions in consultation with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide meaningful education and counseling to residents and their families — ensuring each resident receives safe, personalized, and compassionate nutritional care that enhances dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

• Completed degree from an accredited Food and Nutrition university program.
• Member of College of Dietitians of Ontario or British Columbia.
• 2 years or more experience in a Long‑Term Care setting.
• Knowledge of Ministry of Health and Long‑Term Care dietary and nutrition regulations.
• Knowledge of appropriate interventions in nutritional care for Long‑Term Care setting needs.
• Experience with dementia, dysphagia, tube feeding, weight management, wound treatment, diabetes, renal disease, food allergies and intolerances.
