The OpportunityAre you passionate about providing customers with an unparalleled experience? We are recruiting for a Customer Service / Order Management Representative committed to delighting our customers daily. The ideal candidate authentically displays our values, loves exceeding customers expectations and wants to be an active contributor to growing the business. On a typical day, you can expect to:
- Be the first point of contact for inbound direct customer phone calls and emails
- Enter orders and quotes into our system as directed by internal and external customers with impeccable accuracy
- Coordinate with internal departments to manage orders and achieve service standards
- Provide exceptional service and communication in a fast-paced environment
- Build incredible relationships with customers, including outside sales partners, distributors, retailers, builders etc.
- Have a team first mindset, with the will and desire to build great relationships (cross functional and external)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be laser focused on exceeding customer expectations
- Ask questions and truly understand the customer and their needs (internal and external)
- Thrive on providing solutions that benefit all stakeholders
- Be highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Prioritize work and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Manage customer expectations through the order process and communicate effectively while maintaining strong relationships
- Display confidence in working to problem solve by communicating effectively with internal stakeholders
- You embrace your team and the business; you are self-motivated, driven, and curious to learn and grow
- 3+ years experience in providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of building products is a bonus
- Intermediate skills in MS Office
Salary Range
: $50,000 – $60,000 plus bonus, RSP matching and benefits
