Responsibilities
Provide senior level administrative support to partners, senior managers, managers and client service teamsCoordinate, prepare, edit and/or proofread documents such as correspondence, presentations, and reports using various softwareRespond independently to basic client enquiries and escalate complex client enquiries to appropriate parties based on knowledge of practice/structure and work processProactive and independent management of calendars and contact database in order to maximize best use of timeProvide proactive billing and collection support and coordination using various MNP systemsCoordinate meetings, conference calls, video conferences, live meetings, and events pertaining to a function or sub-function, etc., organize materialsAssist in the preparation and submission of time and expense reports for the partner(s) supportedWork collaboratively with other team members and leadershipSkills and Experience
Post-secondary education in administration is considered an assetPreferably 2 years of administrative experience in a professional working environmentExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAdvanced skills with MS Office and Adobe, for example, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and AcrobatProficiency to quickly learn proprietary softwareExcellent communication skillsStrong judgment and analytical skills with a focus on attention to detailCapable of working independently and taking ownership of tasksTime management skills and the ability to work as a team to maneuver shared deadlinesAbility to quickly and smoothly adapt to changing client demands
