CSN West End Auto Body based in Chilliwack, BC is crucial in helping us maintain our high standards of customer service and workshop efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the front desk receptionist in greeting customers and answering phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Support customers with inquiries about services, appointments, and repair status.
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and ensure seamless coordination for customer drop‑off and pick‑up.
  • Maintain an organized and clean reception area, creating a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Process payments and assist with insurance claims documentation.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication regarding customer needs.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing customer records.
  • Assist in tracking and following up on service orders and vehicle delivery.
  • Help manage customer satisfaction by assisting in problem resolution and addressing any concerns.
  • Review and update social media and reviews on behalf of the company.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Looking for candidate from Chilliwack or surrounding area.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast‑paced work environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Benefits

Schedule:

8:30am - 1pm, Monday to Friday

This position is part time, however hours of work per week may increase in the future. It would also require that full days be worked when our lead receptionist is away.
