Semi Truck Mechanic

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Semi Truck Mechanic to support maintenance and repair operations for heavy-duty trucks and equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing semi trucks and related systems. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced shop environment.

• Perform maintenance and repairs on semi trucks and heavy-duty equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Repair or replace worn, damaged, or defective components
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Hands-on experience repairing semi trucks or heavy-duty vehicles
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Must provide own tools

• ASE Certification
• Diesel Mechanic Certification
• Heavy Equipment Mechanic Certification
• Electrical Troubleshooting experience
• Hydraulic systems experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable climbing under and around trucks throughout the day
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various positions for extended periods
