- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid plumbing license or certification as required by local or state regulations.
- Proven experience in general and residential plumbing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing codes.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Additional certifications in specialized plumbing systems such as gas lines or water treatment.
- Experience with modern plumbing technologies and eco‑friendly solutions.
- Customer service experience in a residential service environment.
- Familiarity with computerized work order and inventory management systemsЪ

- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and pipe damage in residential properties.
