Grandpa Joe's Candy Shop was born in Pittsburgh, PA, in 2012. We've grown from a single store to 22 locations (and counting!) across Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida, West Virginia, Texas and Minnesota. We also offer national distribution of candy and soda to over 15,000 independent retailers.

This role is tailor-made for seasoned managers who have thrived in larger retail environments but are now seeking greater autonomy in shaping day-to-day operations. As Assistant Store Manager, you'll wear many hats, managing various aspects of our store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, team scheduling, training and coaching, inventory control, shift coverage, merchandising, stocking, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You'll set the standard by leading from the front, driving sales, and cultivating a culture of excellence.
