• Perform operational, merchandising, and administrative калды functions within the store.
• Lead and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Must have 2 years of retail management experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills; interpersonal/communication skills; problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Enthusiasm and initiative are key.
• Ability to provide customers with a high level of service, train and motivate staff to do the same.
• Build enthusiasm within the store to create a positive work environment.
• Merchandise knowledge preferred (apparel, field & stream, footwear, exercise, and general athletics).
• Availability to work any hours the store is open.
