We are looking for a career‑oriented Maintenance Technician I to join our team at Woodland Heights and Dogwood Apartments in Chillicothe, OH. The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for getting apartments ready between residents, handling on‑site maintenance calls, and performing preventative maintenance.

• Pay of $19.00–$21.00
• PLUS quarterly bonus up to $750.00
• $200.00 on‑call bonus

• Make‑ready / turning units between tenants
