Gastroenterologist Position in South Central Ohio

Adena Health System is seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join an established practice in South Central Ohio. The selected physician will be hospital based at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe, Ohio. This is a great opportunity to join an established, collegial practice of four physicians. Physicians see an average of 20 patients/day. Office Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30.

• Full-time employed position within the multi-specialty Adena Medical Group
• Hospital-based practice at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe, OH
• Join an established, collegial GI team of four physicians
• Provide gastroenterology services with access to endoscopy; EMR:
  Epic
• Call coverage: 1:4
• On-call for GI bleeds. FB removal call performed by Acute Care Surgeons
• Office hours:
  Monday–Friday, 8:30–4:30

• Capsule endoscopy
• Colonoscopy
• Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)
• Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)
• Upper endoscopy

• Base Salary of $750,000 plus additional compensation for productivity
• Generous sign-on bonus of $125,000
• Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualified
• $3000/year for CME
• $15,000 relocation benefit
• Six weeks of vacation/cme

Our skilled gastroenterologist perform procedures at four convenient locations close to home:
Adena Regional Medical Center, Adena Greenfield Medical Center, Adena Pike Medical Center and Adena Fayette Medical Center. Our digestive health team provides state-of-the-art diagnostic and screening tests, including:

• Capsule endoscopy
• Colonoscopy
• Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)
• Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)
• Upper endoscopy
