Construction PM

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Construction PM to join a large telecom client in their Ohio market. This is a in a contract to hire opportunity. In this role, the project manager will be responsible for ensuring the timely, safe and cost-effective construction of company transmission sites, towers, collocations, outside plant projects (coax, copper and fiber optic) and civil site development.

Under minimal supervision, coordinates with contractors, public utilities, equipment vendors, third parties and internal departments to achieve project objectives. Additionally, the incumbent must be competent at the full scope of project management duties associated with the deployment of multi-service telecommunications networks. Position will report to the Construction manager and must be able to work in a team environment, working cross functionally within the operations organization.

Pay range is between 50 - 55/hr based on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4 years of Project Management experience
- 4 years of Telecommunications experience
- 4 years of Utility Construction experience.
o Experience managing construction budgets, and ability to identify budget risks early in a project.
- Experience in MS Word, Excel and Project Management software (Sitetracker, Smartsheet).
- General understanding of data networking, including design, troubleshooting, and configuration of various wired and wireless network topologies, CATV systems and coaxial design and construction.
- Excellent organization and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project and/or Construction management certification(s) preferred.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

1 years of Utility Construction experience is Preferred.
