Quality Technician

Hours:

7:00 am – 7:00 pm (rotating shift)

While reporting to the Plant Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality expectations of every customer, both internal and external, are met or exceeded.

• Assist in analyzing data, customer feedback, in-house rejections, and process capability data
• Conduct required off-line testing for products to confirm they meet customer specifications
• Ensure customer returns are checked in and feedback is completed on-time
• Able to work as a team and across departments throughout the plant
• Maintain lab data filing system and physical retention storage
• Active involvement in quality activities
• Other duties as assigned

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with the management team and plant associates.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed and stand for long periods of time.
• Must have the ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
