• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments
• Be a voice in care planning, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, symptoms, and medications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to our goal of enhancing resident health and quality of life
