• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
• Manage assigned departments, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.
• Ensure the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for the best service.
• Deliver great quality food quickly, maintain food safety, control food cost, and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
• Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager and have an open availability.
