Inventory Control Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to lead warehouse inventory operations in Chicopee, MA. This first‑shift leadership role is responsible for driving accuracy, productivity, and team performance in a fast‑paced distribution environment.

• Supervise and support inventory team to meet accuracy and productivity goals
• Oversee cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and damaged/vendor returns
• Ensure products are properly restocked and pick‑ready
• Train and coach team members on inventory control processes
• Collaborate with leadership to meet daily goals and reporting requirements
• Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards

• 2+ years of supervisory experience (warehouse/distribution preferred)
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
• Experience using scanners and WMS systems
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and lead by example

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
• Must pass pre‑employment screening and follow safety/PPE guidelines
