PositionSummary
As a Service Shuttle Driver, you will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for safely transporting customers to and from the dealership, ensuring their visits exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and friendly transportation for customers to and from the dealership.
- Ensure the shuttle is clean, fueled, and well‑maintained.
- Assist passengers in entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courteousness at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure timely pick‑ups and drop‑offs.
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety policies.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong customer service skills and a personable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with the local area and routes preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
