Machine Operator

Overview

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machines in our production facility. You will work closely with our production team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our equipment. Your attention to detail and technical skills will be crucial in maintaining the quality and consistency of our products.

• Set up and operate machines according to production specifications
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and adjust settings as needed
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Keep accurate records of production and machine maintenance activities
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays; the schedule is either a Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting is preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and manuals
• Familiarity with various types of machinery and their functions
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
