Production Laborer

We are seeking a dependable and safety-minded Production Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role involving equipment operation, loading/unloading of materials, and general labor duties to support production. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Physically load and unload raw materials and finished goods
• Ensure products meet quality standards through regular visual inspections
• Follow all safety protocols, including PPE use and machine safety practices
• Perform general housekeeping and maintenance in the work area
• Adhere to all site rules, standard operating procedures, and supervisor instructions
• Execute production tasks as directed by the supervisor
• Assist with other duties as required to support production goals

Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting
• Strong work ethic and attention to safety and detail
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Willingness to work assigned shift and overtime as needed
