As a Realty Project Coach, you will join the Realty Execution team and take ownership in delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep projects on track. Travel is a component of the role.

Full responsibilities include:

• Lead the execution of remodel projects in assigned stores. Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders; ensure plans are understood and minimize impact on store operations.

• Supervise and develop associates; provide supervision and development opportunities, listen to ideas and concerns, evaluate talent, train and mentor, provide recognition, and identify career paths.

• Manage timelines and deliverables; resolve escalations and maintain collaboration among store leadership, suppliers, and associates.

• Travel to project sites; manage travel expectations and coordinate with home store and surrounding locations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics and integrity standards, and Open-Door Policy in executing business processes.

Leading Others: Motivate your team to meet timelines and deliverables, encourage collaboration, and address concerns of leadership, suppliers, and associates.

Project Ownership: Own project execution; communicate plans and changes to stakeholders and minimize impact on store operations.

Development of Associates: Provide supervision, mentorship, recognition, and support for associates’ career growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in these areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business or related field; 1 year experience leading cross-functional teams;
Project Management - Management Professional Certification.

Salary: The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $110,000.

Travel: Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home; away from home 80% of the time, or 17-21 days at a time. Mileage is reimbursed and overnight stays are paid for Realty Project Coach roles. Time traveling is not paid.
