Overview
Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts. Work four days a week with a three-day weekend. Supervision for licensure is provided for newly licensed Master’s level clinicians, and independent licensed clinicians have opportunities to expand their skillsets.
The In Home Behavioral Therapist (
IHBS
) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children’s needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.
- Master s degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related human services field
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
- Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Option of a traditional 5 day or 4 Day work week. Work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday.

- Full-time Salary: $64,000 - $72,000;
Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity - Fee for Service Rate: $50 - $70 / hour
