School Speech Language Pathologist - Chicopee, Massachusetts

A rewarding opportunity is available for a certified Speech‑Language Pathologist specializing in school‑based services, supporting K-4 elementary students during a leave of absence contract. This role focuses on delivering individualized and group therapy within an inclusive educational environment, helping young learners develop their communication skills effectively.

• Elementary school setting in Chicopee, MA

• Provide direct speech‑language services to students through small group sessions, one‑on‑one interventions, and inclusion classrooms.
• Conduct evaluations to determine IEP eligibility and participate actively in IEP meetings.
• Collaborate on writing and updating IEP goals, monitoring, and documenting student progress.
• Maintain compliance with district onboarding requirements and credentialing standards.

• Licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist with a CCC‑SLP certification.
• Experience in school‑based speech therapy services with children in early elementary grades.
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and educational evaluations.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate with educators and families.

• Leave of Absence contract beginning ASAP through February 13, 2026.
• Approximately 17 hours per week.
