The Senior Staff Accountant supports key financial operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting. You will play a central role in maintaining the integrity of financial data, coordinating with leadership, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Perform full‑cycle accounting, including journal entries, month‑end activities, and supporting schedules.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reconciliations.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Support AP, AR, and cash management processes as needed.
- Assist with audits, budgeting, forecasting, and process enhancements.
- Partner with cross‑functional leaders to ensure alignment and financial clarity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and month‑end processes.
- Skilled in accounting software and Excel; ERP experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
