About the Role

The Senior Staff Accountant supports key financial operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting. You will play a central role in maintaining the integrity of financial data, coordinating with leadership, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform full‑cycle accounting, including journal entries, month‑end activities, and supporting schedules.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reconciliations.
  • Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Support AP, AR, and cash management processes as needed.
  • Assist with audits, budgeting, forecasting, and process enhancements.
  • Partner with cross‑functional leaders to ensure alignment and financial clarity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and month‑end processes.
  • Skilled in accounting software and Excel; ERP experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
