Beast Mode Truckin is seeking qualified Class A CDL drivers for regional routes operating west of the Mississippi. Recent CDL graduates are encouraged to apply. The company provides structured over‑the‑road (OTR) training, new‑graduate support, and competitive opportunities for experienced drivers. The position emphasizes safety, predictable schedules, and reliable earnings hauling 100% no‑touch dry van freight.

• Operating lanes:
  All states west of the Mississippi River.
• Freight: 100% no‑touch dry van (primarily drop‑and‑hook).
• Average weekly mileage:
  Approximately 1,800–2,000 miles.
• Schedule:
  
  Bi‑weekly home time with a minimum 34‑hour reset; shifts may include daytime or nighttime hours.
• Orientation:
  One day in Jurupa Valley, CA or Lathrop, CA.
• Training:
  Structured OTR training and new‑graduate support available for recent CDL graduates and drivers with limited OTR experience. Training duration typically 4–6 weeks for drivers with under six months of experience.

• Target weekly pay: $1,000–$1,100 (varies by experience and mileage).
• Training pay: $680 per week for drivers with under six months of experience during the 4–6 week training period.
• Post‑training mileage pay (sliding scale):
  Entry‑level/post‑training $0.43–$0.57 per mile;
  Experienced drivers $0.50–$0.71 per mile, based on verified years of CDL driving experience.
• Monthly safety bonus: up to $0.06 per mile.
• Pay schedule:
  Weekly.
• Benefits:
  Full benefits package begins after 30 days and includes medical and dental coverage, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO).

• Minimum age: 21 years.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours of training.
• Clean driving record: no major accidents, suspensions, or major violations within the past five years; no DUI convictions in the past five years.
• Applicants must not have been terminated from their most recent employment.
• Stable employment history: consistent 10‑year work history without major unexplained gaps (time in school or training excluded). For drivers with prior employment, expect at least 6 months of work in the past year and at least 12 months of work within the past three years.
• Ability to pass required pre‑employment screenings, including urine and hair drug tests, and background checks. Certain criminal convictions or prior DOT drug/alcohol violations may disqualify candidacy.
