ECOMMERCE Project Manager
Department: Merchandising
Location: Chico, CA – On site position
Reports To: Director of E-Commerce Merchandising
We're looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Ecommerce Project Manager to join our growing digital team. This role is pivotal in keeping seasonal programs, product launches, and cross‑functional initiatives on track - from ideation through execution. You'll partner with internal departments and external partners to manage timelines, drive communication, and ensure all moving parts stay aligned. In addition to managing project workflows, this role will support the ecommerce merchandising team in areas such as digital catalog maintenance, art curation, and new art development requests.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars and timelines for ecommerce product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key development milestones
- Act as a central point of communication between internal teams (creative, production, merchandising, sales) and external partners
- Maintain cross‑department project trackers and ensure timely follow‑ups
- Own the relationship with the licensing team to support Print‑on‑Demand (POD) artwork approvals, ensuring timely submissions and alignment with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the ecommerce merchandising team on digital catalog builds and seasonal updates
- Curate art for product programs and submit requests for new artwork development
- Balance multiple personalities and working styles while keeping teams focused and projects on schedule
- Drive clarity and accountability across project workflows
- 2+ years of experience in project management, ecommerce, merchandising, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Clear and proactive communicator – written and verbal
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Self‑starter who can take initiative and work independently
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, Trello, Airtable) preferred
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and digital merchandising is a plus
