Assistant Store Manager PT
We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager PT to help drive sales, manage store expenses, and supervise team members to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Location: 5685 – Chico Mall
Pay: For California-based roles, annual pay ranges may fall between $33,280 and $68,640. Additional bonuses and benefits may apply.
Core Responsibilities- Produce sales gains by delivering outstanding customer service.
- Meet or exceed company sales objectives across all metrics.
- Document and provide feedback on associates’ sales performance.
- Maintain visual standards: merchandising, signage, store cleanliness.
- Exhibit a professional appearance in line with Dress Code Policy.
- Protect company assets and manage inventory accurately.
- Assist in creating store schedules that meet wage control guidelines.
- Open and close the store following operational procedures.
- Recruit, train, and supervise associates; participate in training programs.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels and support LIDS policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent plus at least one year of related experience.
- Proven ability to generate sales results while minimizing loss.
- Strong interpersonal skills and clear, professional verbal communication.
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with relevant software.
- Physical strength to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to climb ladders and work overhead.
- Stamina to stand for up to 100% of the work time.
- Ability to work unsupervised and maintain accountability.
Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above local minimum wage based on experience. Compensation varies with skills, experience, and location. PT positions offer monthly sales bonuses and a 40% employee discount.
