Seasonal Sales Associate

We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, helping fans find their favorite merchandise, sharing your fandom knowledge, restocking and merchandising the store, and enhancing the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards by managing the sales floor zone and assigned areas.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates, including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandise mix.
• Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Support stockroom organization and store cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience preferred. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old to join the team.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay range: $16.50 - $17 per hour. Final salary will depend on education, location, experience, and other factors.
