Description

ACRT Pacific, LLC is seeking a full‑time Vegetation Management Inspector (VMI) to patrol and prescribe tree work along PG&E utility lines. The role requires strong forestry knowledge, a Class C driver's license, and the ability to work independently in rugged terrain.

• Conduct circuit patrols to identify required tree work and document inspections.
• Prescribe and coordinate tree pruning and removal to maintain one‑year compliance.
• Notify property owners, obtain necessary authorizations, and act as the client contact for new business.
• Perform work verification inspections and investigate tree‑related outages.
• Support emergency response, coordinate contractor activities, and maintain safety tailboard meetings.

• High school diploma or GED;
  High school diploma or GED AND a Class C driver’s license.
• One (1) year related arboricultural experience OR ISA Certified Arborist OR 2- or 4‑year college degree in a related field.
• Board Certified Master Arborist or approval by PG&E representative.
• Proficiency in electronic devices, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in inclement weather.

• Driving vehicles, forklifts, and forestry tools.
• Hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, and other protective gear.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures, dust, gas, fumes, and chemicals.
