Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate  Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)  to join our team in  Chico, CA . This role involves providing essential medical support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
As an LVN, you will play a key role in coordinating healthcare services, administering medications, and ensuring the well-being of the individuals under your care. This position requires travel between program sites, so the ability to drive is essential.
Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed medications and treatments

Monitor patient health and report changes to physicians or supervisors

Assist with daily medical needs, wound care, and documentation

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans

Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents

Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Provide education and support to individuals and their families

Drive to various program locations as needed

Requirements:
Active California LVN license

Valid driver’s license  and reliable transportation (required)

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus

Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
