- Active RN license (state-specific as required)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Previous perioperative OR experience required.
- Prior charge nurse or leadership experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Coordinate and supervise daily OR operations and staff assignments.
- Provide direct perioperative patient care as needed.
- Ensure compliance with surgical safety protocols and infection control standards.
- Serve as a clinical resource and support for OR nursing staff.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Assist with scheduling, case flow, and emergency situations.
