Aid’s mission, vision, and values, building strong relationships with stakeholders, staff, volunteers, and board members. Implement and refine the strategic plan, ensuring long-term sustainability and programmatic excellence.
Implement fundraising efforts Including, grant proposals, individual and corporate donor meetings both established and prospective, fundraising reports, and relationship-building. Develop and strengthen programmatic partnerships, expanding our global reach and funding opportunities. Work with the Executive Director to ensure that budgets are clear, accountable and balanced.
Program Oversight & Impact
Lead program operations and evaluation, ensuring effectiveness and continuous improvement. Facilitate organizational meetings and implement program policies
Team & Culture Development
Oversee future recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development to enhance staff capabilities. Conduct performance evaluations and cultivate a supportive and recognition-driven workplace.
Qualifications2+ years of nonprofit leadership experience with a track record of successful program and fundraising management. Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred. Knowledge of video production experience preferred. International travel experience (ability and willingness to travel to developing countries for up to 10 days at a time to oversee our video workshops). Strategic and operational leadership skills, with experience in staff development, program evaluation, and financial oversight.
Excellent communication skills—written, oral, and presentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and database management. Multicultural competency;
Spanish or French language skills are a plus.
