Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
Medefis Program - Enloe Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program:
Medefis Program - Enloe Medical Center.

Required Credentials: California issued Fluoroscopy Permit

Unit/Facility Details: Enloe Medical Center only accepts agency staff who are W-2 employees of their perspective agency.

Special Requests: Covid declinations:
Subject to weekly testing with approved exemption.

Shift & Scheduling: 8am start time, Weekends required. Holiday coverage required

Floating Requirements: May also float to Main Radiology as needed.

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• (R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)

• CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist)
