Assistant Executive Director

• Assist Executive Director with policy development, enforcement, and client/employee rights compliance.
• Plan, administer, and report fiscal and operational components of the organization.
• Participate in the performance improvement plan for client care, teammate retention, and performance.
• Ensure teammates are assigned duties, review job descriptions, and are oriented within fifteen days of hire.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining community relationships and memoranda of agreement with community resources.
• Supervise, train, and orient teammates as directed by Executive Director.
• Maintain a system for review of personnel files per Talent/Human Resource guidelines.
• Ensure policies for documentation in patient records are adhered to and timely.
• Safeguard the safety and well-being of teammates and patients through policies and procedures addressing health and safety accreditation standards.
• Attend team meetings and complete all required training courses timely.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three (3) years of management experience.
• Administrative or supervisory experience in a licensed substance use disorder or mental health treatment facility.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing in the state of employment.
• Ability to travel up to 20% may be required to attend meetings and conferences.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field.

$70,304/year to $71,000/year.
