** Speech Therapist (SLP) – PRN*

** Hourly Rate:** $62-$72/hr DOEArbor Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated
** Speech-Language Pathologist (PRN)
** to join our supportive and collaborative interdisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient recovery while enjoying flexible scheduling in a positive care environment.
** What You’ll Do
*** Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in accordance with physician orders
* Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust based on patient progress
* Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, rehab team members, patients, and families
* Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and payer requirements
* Participate in care conferences, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary meetings as needed
* Provide education and training to staff, caregivers, and families to support continuity of care
* Supervise and mentor SLP Assistants, Clinical Fellows, or students when applicable
** What We’re Looking For
*** Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Current California SLP license in good standing
* Strong communication, clinical, and documentation skills
* Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
* Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
* Familiarity with EMR systems such as Casamba or Point Click Care  a plus
