* Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
* Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
* Comfort using electronic medical records (e.g., Point Click Care , Casamba)
* Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork###

** Speech-Language Pathologist
** to join our interdisciplinary care team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping patients regain communication and swallowing skills while working in a positive, team-oriented setting.
* Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders and best practices
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes
* Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment changes accurately and timely
* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehab team members, and families
* Participate in care conferences, discharge planning, and utilization reviews
* Provide caregiver and staff education to support continued patient progress
* Supervise Speech Therapy Assistants and Clinical Fellows as applicable
* Support staff development through in-services and training
