Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will help individuals of all ages regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily activities. Through personalized treatment plans, you will engage patients in therapeutic activities to enhance their physical, cognitive, and emotional well‑being. Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional strengths and limitations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and needs.
  • Implement various therapeutic interventions and techniques to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, and independent living skills.
  • Monitor patients’ progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques, home modifications, and assistive devices to promote independent living.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and meet patient goals.
  • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge summaries accurately and timely.
  • Stay updated with the latest research, technologies, and treatments in occupational therapy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist by the appropriate state licensing board.
  • CPR certification.
  • Proven experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, techniques, and treatment interventions.
  • Excellent assessment, diagnostic, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and sensitivity toward patients’ needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in medical software and electronic health records.
