What You’ll Do

As a Physician Assistant in our practice, you’ll play a vital role in both
direct patient care and in-office procedures
, working closely with our ophthalmologists and clinical staff.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate and manage patients in clinic, including history, exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Perform ophthalmic procedures consistent with training and scope of practice
  • Assist physicians with in-office and surgical procedures as needed
  • Provide patient education, counseling, and follow-up care
  • Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record
  • Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and support staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Contribute to a culture of quality, efficiency, and compassionate care

What We’re Looking For
  • Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with an active California state license (or eligibility)
  • Interest in ophthalmology; prior ophthalmology experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and procedural aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
  • A collaborative, adaptable professional who thrives in a team environment
