A community arts organization is seeking a part-time Program Specialist to work at the 7th Street Centre for the Arts in Chico, California. This role involves engaging with individuals with disabilities in a creative environment, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and engaged in meaningful activities. The ideal candidate should possess artistic skills and be self-motivated, calm, and patient. Responsibilities include leading theater activities and ensuring the safety of participants.

Pay rate is $18.25, with a schedule of Mon/Weds/Fri 9 AM to 3 PM and Thursday 9 AM to 4 PM.
