Perspire Sauna Studio is the original Infrared Sauna Studio, founded in Orange County, California, and rapidly expanding nationwide. Our mission is to help people feel better through the powerful benefits of infrared and red light therapy. Our Studio Assistants are the backbone of the studio experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in cleanliness and organization, and works efficiently behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest walks into a spotless, perfectly prepared sauna room.

• Promptly turn over sauna rooms after each session
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize rooms and studio areas
• Restock supplies (towels, amenities, retail displays, etc.)
• Fold and bundle towels to studio standards
• Process and organize towel deliveries
• Maintain cold towel preparation process
• Support closing procedures and end-of-night tasks
• Assist the front desk team as needed

• Strong time management skills — able to move quickly and efficiently between tasks
• Comfortable working in and out of hot sauna environments
• Detail-oriented with high cleanliness standards
• Reliable with excellent attendance
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to lift and move laundry and supplies
• Evening & weekend availability is required
