Dollar General - - Responsibilities:
Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; provide training; conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps for solutions or counseling.;
Ensure store is properly staffed and opened/closed daily; personally open/close at least twice per week.;
Evaluate operating statements to identify sales trends, profitability, and inventory/shrink issues; manage ordering and stock levels.;
Maintain inventory accuracy and financial integrity through cashier accountability and security procedures.;
Provide superior customer service leadership and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
