The Director of Community Relations & Foundation is responsible for overseeing the vision, strategy, and daily operations of the foundation. This includes managing fundraising campaigns, developing donor relations, directing grant‑making activities and ensuring financial stewardship. The role requires a full‑time presence Monday through Friday, with flexibility for community activities on additional days or hours.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Administration, or a related business field (master's preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of experience with fundraising, community development, and relations, meeting defined goals and targets, and supervising, mentoring, or leading team members. Proven proficiency with budgeting, billing, record‑keeping, and planning and executing successful events.
