Solutions Auto Group (SAG) is hiring a high-performing Automotive Technician for our Chickasha, Oklahoma service department. This role is designed for a B+ to A- level tech who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally, and follows through on commitments.

This is a senior technician role
, not entry-level.

You will be responsible for:

• Diagnostics (engine, drivability, electrical basics)

• Mechanical repairs: brakes, suspension, front-end, cooling, minor engine work

• Electrical diagnosis and repair (not just parts swapping)

• Vehicle inspections and reconditioning

• Test drives before and after repairs

• Maintaining professional documentation and repair notes

• Keeping a clean, organized, and efficient work area

Our Chickasha service department is a tobacco-free workplace

Applicants must be comfortable working in a smoke-free environment at all times.

• B+ to A- level technician skillset

• Proven experience in a professional automotive shop (not shade-tree)

• Diagnostic ability beyond basic code reading

• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude

• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

• Must pass a drug test

• Own professional tools

• Strong communication, reliability, and follow-through

• Scan tool diagnostics and repair verification

• Reconditioning or internal inventory service experience

• Ability to self-manage workflow and prioritize tasks

• Team-first, accountability-driven mindset
