A dynamic Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator is sought for a leading independent estate agency in the Midhurst area. Negotiate sales, win listings, and deliver exceptional client service in a rewarding, fast-paced environment.

Our client, a market-leading independent estate agency, is looking for a highly motivated, top drawer, experienced Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful Midhurst branch.

This role is ideal for someone with proven sales ability, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

The successful candidate will be ambitious, articulate, and professional, with the ability to build strong client relationships and maximise opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Negotiate property sales to achieve the best price and terms
• Manage applicant databases and match buyers with suitable properties
• Conduct viewings and follow up with potential purchasers
• Deliver a high standard of client care at all times.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
• High-level customer service skills and professional demeanour
• Confident communicator with a positive attitude
• Well-presented, self-motivated, and ambitious
• Full driving licence and own car preferred
• Good local knowledge of Midhurst and surrounding areas beneficial
