We are seeking a dynamic full-time Sales Negotiator to join our team at our Chichester office. As part of your daily responsibilities, you will handle property viewing appointments, negotiate and finalize sales agreements, and build strong relationships with clients and buyers. You will be expected to handle inquiries, provide expert guidance on the property market, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
This position requires working on-site and collaborating closely with the team to drive business growth and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
- Proven negotiation, customer service, and relationship management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience in sales, property market knowledge, and building client trust
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Competency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications
- A valid UK driving license
- Previous experience in real estate or a sales-focused environment is a plus
