3rd Chef (CDP/ Sous Level)
£25- 38k + Tronc/ Dep on Experience
4 Day Week
Near Petworth (Driver Required)

Our client a traditional freehold pub with a fantastic reputation for food – currently have an opportunity to recruit a third permanent chef to join their team of two existing chefs .
The objective is an offering of high quality food, aiming to apply for rosette status in the next three months . Currently about 60 covers capacity in one sitting but that can be increased by using a vacant room which we only currently use for events to about 80-90

Lots of freedom and influence in menu development and all aspects relating to kitchen
Four day week Thursday to Sunday plus bank holidays
28 days holiday plus pension
