Opportunity to join the Site Management Team as a Band 7 Site Nurse Practitioner at SRH.
We are a small, well motivated and hard working team using our clinical as well as management and organisational skills on a daily basis.
Our challenges make it a great role for staff to liaise with the many specialities and departments within the hospital. We are often dealing with clinical emergencies anywhere on site, where you will need to work as an autonomous practitioner as well as part of an emergency team. The role also involves managing ongoing bed capacity throughout the day. We offer you an induction period and support you at every stage of your progression.
The role carries significant responsibilities such as managing site issues on a 24 hour basis and involving night rotation, where you will be part of the Hospital at Night team.
You will need to be a Band 6 with at least 2 years experience at that level. This is a great opportunity to broaden your knowledge. If you are looking for a challenge, then this is it, you will need to be able to communicate effectively, solve complex problems whilst thinking on your feet, and have good negotiation skills.
This role is eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker route however sponsorship can only be provided where applicants meet the specific requirements set by UKVI, including the relevant skill and salary thresholds (£25000), and any role-specific criteria.
