We’re looking for a motivated, hands‑on team player to set up, run, and maintain our cut packhouse machinery and packing lines
—keeping quality high, reducing waste, and helping us meet the standards our customers rely on.

• ✔ Set up and operate cutting and packing line machinery safely and accurately
• ✔ Ensure cut herbs are processed to specification before packing
• ✔ Check labels, seals, weights, and overall product quality
• ✔ Meet key daily KPIs (including waste reduction & efficiency targets)
• ✔ Keep your line running smoothly with strong communication and teamwork
• ✔ Maintain excellent hygiene and follow all H&S and Food Safety procedures
• ✔ Support Continuous Improvement projects to help make our site even better

• ✔ Highly motivated with a can‑do attitude
• ✔ Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork
• ✔ Able to work effectively in a fast‑paced, chilled environment
• ✔ Health & Safety awareness (essential)
• ✔ Experience in machine operation, cut packhouse processes
  , or food manufacturing (desirable)
