White Horse Nisa Store Team Leader - Full time hours available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Role model the company values and behaviours at all times:
    Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness
  • Lead the team to provide exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting guests
  • Manage the team and deal with any customer enquiries escalated to you
  • Maintain cleanliness and a tidy and efficient store
  • Handle payment transactions and process payments accurately
  • Address guest feedback or complaints in a professional manner
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
  • Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members

Seasonal Role, must be available to work weekends, holidays and some evenings - Contracted until 4th January 2027.
