Empower Independence:
Assist residents with their daily routines, from getting dressed to staying active, while encouraging them to make positive choices and remain as independent as possible.
Personalised Care:
Follow and support each resident's personalised care plan, providing hands-on help and thoughtful attention to their individual needs.
Health and Wellbeing:
Keep a close eye on residents' health, communicating any concerns to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager, and helping with calls to relatives or healthcare professionals.
Champion Dignity:
Uphold the dignity and respect of each resident, ensuring they feel valued and cared for in every interaction.
Social Support:
Encourage social interactions among residents and with staff, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Safety and Comfort:
Work with housekeepers to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces, and respond quickly to emergencies or call bells.
Nutritional Support:
Assist residents who need extra help with eating and drinking, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
Spread Smiles:
Above all, bring joy to our residents' lives and make them smile every day.
- Assist residents with daily routines and promote independence.
- Follow personalised care plans and provide hands-on care tailored to individual needs.
- Monitor health and communicate concerns to nursing leadership; assist with calls to relatives or healthcare professionals as needed.
- Uphold dignity and respect in every interaction.
- Encourage social engagement among residents and staff.
- Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces in collaboration with housekeepers; respond promptly to emergencies or call bells.
- Provide nutritional support to residents requiring extra help with eating and drinking.
- Contribute to a positive, joyful environment for residents.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred, however we welcome those with relevant experience and a willingness to grow with us.
- Experience:
Ideally, at least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant, but we welcome those with passion and transferable skills. - Passion for caring for the elderly and delivering excellent service.

- Full time, part time & bank shifts available
