Pay: £25–£26 per hour (depending on experience)

We are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our friendly and supportive nursing home team in West Sussex.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents in a safe and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high standards of nursing care to residents

* Administer medication and manage care plans

* Monitor residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing

* Work closely with care staff, families, and healthcare professionals

* Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with CQC standards

Requirements

* Valid NMC Nursing PIN (essential)

* Enhanced DBS (essential)

* Mandatory training up to date

* Experience working in a nursing home or similar setting (preferred)

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* A caring, professional, and reliable approach
